Join Us for a Free Health Walk
At One You Plymouth, we coordinate various wellbeing walks across Plymouth and the surrounding area, as a part of our partnership with organisations such as Ramblers, and with the help of our dedicated walk leaders.
We offer walks for all levels of ability that last for a period of 10 to 60 minutes. With trained and experienced walk leaders, you will not be left behind and there are regular opportunities for breaks when needed.

One You Plymouth Health Walks
St Judes
Every Tuesday at 10.30 am.
Meet at St Jude’s church, Beaumont Road, PL4 9BJ.
Includes a short, medium and long walk to cater for all abilities.
Budshead Wood and Ernesettle Creek
The first Wednesday of every month at 10:30 am.
Meet at Budshead Manor car park, near Digby Way, Rochford Crescent, Ernesettle, PL5 2QA.
Suitable for all abilities and will last no more than 30 minutes.
Victoria Park
The 2nd Wednesday of every month at 10.30 am.
Meet outside the Park Café, PL1 5LZ.
Includes a short, 10–15-minute walk and a longer 50-minute walk.
Central Park
The 4th Wednesday of every month at 10.30 a.m.
Meet outside the Plymouth Life Centre, PL2 3DG.
Includes a short 15-minute walk and a longer 50-minute walk, within park boundaries.

Women’s Walk: Central Park
Every Thursday at 6 pm.
Meet in the foyer of Plymouth Life Centre, Central Park, PL2 3DG.
30-60 minute walk. Suitable for all abilities, aiming to give women the confidence to exercise in a group at night.
Run in associations with Improving Lives Plymouth.
Southway
Every Wednesday at 9 am (Term time only)
Meet at Southway Youth & Community Centre Cafe, Hendwell Close, PL6 6TB.
Run by Southway Community Group, call 01752 775969 for more information.
Wembury
Every Wednesday at 10.30am.
Meet at the car park at the end of Barton Close, Wembury, PL9 0HP.
Run by Dementia Friendly Parishes around the Yealm. The meeting point for this walk is always the same, however the group will sometimes car share to a nearby location to walk.

Meet at the Mayflower Steps on the Barbican.
An hour-long circular walk around the Hoe and Barbican.

Includes a shorter and longer option within the boundaries of the park.

Argyle Community Trust: Walk and Talk Compassionate Cafe
Every Tuesday at 10:30 am.
Meet outside Plymouth Life Centre, Central Park, PL2 3DG.
A gentle walk on paths around Central Park.
A Compassionate Café ‘walk and talk’ group in partnership with St. Luke’s Hospice. Allowing those to meet others and get support from Compassionate Friends for bereavement. Option to do both or one or the other.
