FaME Programme
FaME (falls management exercise) is led by our team of specialist exercise professionals. Informed by research, the team will guide you through an exercise programme that is tailored for you. It helps to reduce your chance of falling by improving:
- balance and reactions
- movement and walking
- stamina
- strength
We offer FaME for up to 24 weeks to help you achieve the best outcomes.
We enjoy a chat and occasional humour but are dedicated to supporting everyone to succeed and progress in their own time.
FaME will help you to learn the skills to get up from the floor. It’s good to know you can if you needed to.
It’s given me a lot more uplift in my mood, empowering and gives you confidence
Sue
