Paul Carder quit his 10 a day smoking habit by making the switch to vaping.

He tried quitting a few times in the past without success. Then he tried an e-cigarette and found it really helped to gently transition his mind and body away from tobacco.

“There just isn’t anything positive about smoking. The harm and the cost is just not worth it. Vaping is so much safer than smoking tobacco, it’s worth giving it a try.”

Welcoming Referrals to our One You Plymouth Progra Welcoming Referrals to our One You Plymouth Programme

The Wellbeing Team are welcoming referrals, including self-referrals, to our One You Programme –  a 4 week group course delivered by skilled health coaches, who work with participants to develop healthy lifestyle goals which will improve their health and wellbeing. 

Subjects discussed include promoting more physical activity, improving nutrition and supporting mental wellbeing.

Our next face to face course begins on Wednesday January 26th (from 6 to 8pm) at the Four Greens Community Hub in Whitleigh. 

Participants can also opt for a digital option for this course if they prefer. Courses will be offered at regular intervals subject to demand.
