Over 12 weeks, you’ll be guided along the way towards a balanced diet and it’ll help you to stick to a daily calorie target.
The app will help you work out what a healthy weight is for you using our BMI calculator and advise the level of calories you should be eating each day to get there.
Each week has an information guide with actions, hints and tips for reaching your goal.
To keep track of your progress you can input the calories you eat each day using our diary and enter your weight at the start and end of each week.
