Join Us for a Free Health Walk


One You Plymouth, in partnership with Walking For Health organise a number of walks across the city which are free to attend and cater for all ages and abilities.

We’re excited to announce that as COVID restrictions ease, we’re now able to restart our health walks across all groups.

However, at this time groups sizes are limited, as we still need to continue social distancing before, during and after these walks. For further information regarding the latest guidance click here.

The walks we’re currently offering are as follows:

St Judes – Every Tuesday at 10.30am.  Meet at St Judes church, Beaumont Road, PL4 9BJ.  Walks suitable for all abilities.

William Sutton Walkers – Every Thursday at 10am.  Meet at William Sutton Memorial Hall, Shelley Way, St Budeaux, PL5 1TT.

Victoria Park – 2nd Wednesday of the month at 10.30am.  Meet outside the Park Café, PL1 5LZ.  Walks suitable for all abilities.

Central Park – 4th Wednesday of the month at 10.30am.  Meet outside the Lifecentre, PL2 3DG.  Walks suitable for all abilities.

Every Tuesday, 10:30am. Meet at St Judes Church Car Park

William Sutton Walkers

Every Thursday, 10:00am. Meet at William Sutton Hall, Shelley Way, St Budeaux

Victoria Park Walk

Every 2nd Wednesday of the month 10:30am outside The Park Pavillion Café, PL1 5NQ

Central Park Walk

Every 4th Wednesday of the month 10:30am outside the Life Centre, PL2 3DF
