Join Us for a Free Health Walk

One You Plymouth coordinate Ramblers Wellbeing Walks across the city, in partnership with a number of organisations and our brilliant walk leaders.

All walks last between 10 and 60 minutes and are suitable for all abilities. Our experienced walk leaders will ensure that no one is left behind and there will be regular opportunities for breaks when needed. Our Health Walks in Plymouth

St Judes

Every Tuesday at 10.30am.  Meet at St Judes church, Beaumont Road, PL4 9BJ.

This walk has a short, medium and longer option to cater for all abilities.

Central Park

Every 4th Wednesday of the month at 10.30am.  Meet outside the Lifecentre, PL2 3DG.

This includes a short walk of 15 minutes and a longer option of 50 minutes, both within the boundaries of the park.

Victoria Park

Every 2nd Wednesday of the month at 10.30am.  Meet outside the Park Café, PL1 5LZ.

This walk includes a short, 10–15-minute option within the boundaries of the park, or a longer route of 50 minutes that takes us through Stonehouse Creek, ending back at the park.

Budshead Wood and Ernesettle Creek

Every first Wednesday of the month at 10:30am. Meet at the Budshead Manor car park on the left as you follow the public footpath down Digby Way, off Rochford Crescent, Ernesettle, PL5 2QA.

This walk is suitable for all abilities and will last no more than 30 minutes.

Southway

Wednesday Wellbeing Walkers group.

Every Wednesday at 9am (Term time only). Meet at Southway Youth & Community Centre Cafe, Hendwell Close, PL6 6TB.

This walk is run by Southway Community Group. Drop into the Community Centre Café or contact them on 01752 775969 for more information.

Wembury

Every Wednesday at 10.30am. Meet at the car park at the end of Barton Close, Wembury, PL9 0HP.

This walk is run by Dementia Friendly Parishes around the Yealm. The meeting point for this walk is always the same, however the group will sometimes car share to a nearby location to walk.

Improving Lives Plymouth – Active for All Walks

Monday morning walk – Meet at the Mayflower Steps on the Barbican at 10:45am, ready to walk at 11am. This is an hour-long circular walk around the Hoe and Barbican.

Friday morning walk – Meet outside Rockfish at 11:15, ready to walk at 11:30. This is an hour-long circular walk around the Hoe and Barbican.

Friday afternoon walk – Meet outside Rockfish at 1:20pm, ready to walk at 1:30pm. This is a slower paced walk around Sutton Harbour and will last around 30-40 minutes.

Eldertree

Every Tuesday at 10:30am –Devonport Park. This walk includes a shorter and longer option within the boundaries of the park.

Every Thursday at 10:30am – Plymstock. Meet at the top of Broadway Car Park. This is a short walk on flat pathways.

Please note, all walks led by Eldertree are for those aged 50+. Pre-booking is advised by contacting Adrian on 07597326566 to express your interest.
