Suitable for people who have not walked much recently, and are looking to be more active, or are returning from illness or injury.

Every Tuesday, 10:30am. Meet at St Judes Church Car Park

Every 2nd Wednesday of the month, 10:30am. Meet at the cafe in the centre of the park
Every 4th Wednesday of the month, 10:30am. Meet outside the main entrance to the Life Centre
Eldertree Walk, Talk and Tea
Every Thursday, 11am. Meet at William Sutton Hall
Estover & Plymbridge
Fortnightly on Fridays – from 18th January 2019, 11am. Meet at the main entrance to Asda Superstore
Southway Eldertree Walk, Talk and Tea
First and Third Tuesday of each month, 10am. Meet at Southway Library
Waterfront Walkway 1
Sat 23rd February, 10:30am. Meet at the gates of Royal William Yard, PL1 3RP. Up to 90 min walk finishing at the Mayflower steps.
Waterfront Walkway 2
Sat 23rd March, 10:30am. Meet at the Mayflower Steps, PL1 2LR. Up to 90 min walk finishing at Morrisons, Pomphlett Rd.
Waterfront Walkway 3
Sat 20th April, 10:30am. Meet at Morrisons, Pomphlett Rd, PL9 7BH. Up to 90 min walk finishing at Mt Batten.

Active 10 walks
A brisk 10 minute walk every day can make a difference to your health. Each 10 minute burst of exercise is known as an “Active 10”. Brisk walking is simply walking faster than usual, at a pace that gets your heart pumping. It’s the easy way to improve your health and wellbeing. No gym memberships, no lycra, just 10 minutes and you!

Fitness Classes for One You Plymouth

Free for One You Plymouth participants. Friends and family can attend for £2 per person.
