Join us for a Walk
After almost 6 months we are really happy to announce that we are able to restart our health walks which will be following COVID Guidance. We know that walk leaders and walkers have really missed getting together for a health walk since the start of the Coronavirus outbreak, and it will be great to see you all again and to get back to enjoying a walk. We have been working hard with our fantastic walk leaders to begin to reintroduce some of our walks, and we hope over the coming weeks we will be back to a full programme.
Did you know we also have weekly updates for our walks which also include handy hints and tips to help you be more active? Just follow the link below and choose “Walking For Health” as well as any other topics you are interested in. Don’t forget to tick “One You Plymouth” too to keep receiving these monthly emails.
