Eating healthily can cost less than you might think. There are plenty of healthy options available which will not just help you to live a healthier lifestyle but will also help your bank balance.
One You Plymouth have brought together a selection of the best recipes for your 3 main meals (as well as puddings, picnics and lunchbox options) for you to try out at home. All the meals easy to create and most need very little preparation time. For each recipe we’ve provided all the information you need to create your new masterpiece including the full recipe and the time you’ll need to take.

One You Plymouth are supporting Stoptober again this year, helping you to quit smoking for 28 days in October. Taking your first steps to quit this Stoptober is a great way to become a healthier you and quit smoking for good.
